I met an American lawyer.
I wanted to ask how I could get an employment visa [= a green card].
He said that these days, the US wanted more people who have special skills in semiconductors, because the US government thought that in the future, Al technology will be the most important in the world, and that if they wanted to lead the Al industry, they had to get more human resources for the semicondudor industry.
So, Koreans working in the semiconductor industry can get a green card more easily.
Some of my friends have already gotten their visa and are preparing to go to jOR: move to] America.
Sometimes in Korea I feel confined.
