The important qualities are having communication skills, a positive mind, and doing confidently. And I think this kind of ability can be increased over time. First, communication skills are good for connecting with your parents. It is the cheapest method to get a friendship with your parents. Second, a positive mind can make a beautiful future for you and your family. even if you have a difficult thing, you can overcome it. Third, doing something confidently is one of the good attitudes and it can affect people who are around you. In conclusion, I think this kind of thing is good for you and your parents.
